Silver Celtic Cross with Gemstone

This pendant is a sterling silver Celtic cross which is set with a 6mm Amethyst or Garnet gemstone.

The Celtic cross brings together the cross, standing for the male, and the circle, for the female. It's original symbolism was associated with fertility. Within Christianity it represents the union of heaven and earth.

The length of the cross is 25mm, and it hangs from an 18in. sterling silver fine curb chain.
