ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

Important! Please read our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy before ordering.

Your jewellery will normally be dispatched within 7 days, but occasionally the wait could be a little longer, if we are waiting for beads etc. We will always let you know if we expect to dispatch your jewellery more than 14 days after we receive your order.

U.K. CUSTOMERS

To pay by Credit Card

If you live in the UK you can use the Shopping Basket to pay securely by credit card (through PayPal). As soon as you confirm your order, you will be taken to PayPal's own secure site where you can complete your purchase. Jewellery Hype does not see your card details at any time.

We always send parcels with a value of less than £34 by first class recorded mail, which will need to be signed for. Orders with a value of £34 and over are sent Special Delivery. If you want Special Delivery for items of lesser value, please email us so that we can adjust the postage charge for you.

If for any reason you don't want to pay through PayPal, we will accept payments through NOCHEX instead. In this case, do not use the shopping basket....please email us, listing the code numbers, price and a brief description of the items and we will arrange for a payment request to be sent to you. You have the option to pay by cheque if you prefer to send payment through the post.
