Delivery Charges and Postal Information for UK Orders

Our postage and packing charges are based on the value of your order. Standard post and packing will be added automatically to your order at Checkout.

For security, we always send orders with a value up to £33.99 by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery which will need a signature. Orders with a value over £34 are sent Special Delivery, which includes insurance up to £500 and next day delivery.

We regret we cannot be responsible for uninsured parcels which are lost or damaged while in the care of Royal Mail, though we will supply you with the proof of posting and give you as much information we can about the parcel so that you can take up the matter with Royal Mail.

If you need Next Day Delivery on orders with a value under £34, please email us before ordering so that we can adjust the postage costs for you.

All items are packed securely inside a strong box or padded bag to avoid damage in transit.
