Shell, Pearl, Wood and Bone Necklaces
Shells and pearls make very pretty necklaces, and can be teamed with wood, bone and other natural materials to make very individual pieces of jewellery. Shells can be dyed or decorated with patterns and larger shells can be cut into fancy shapes, such as flowers to make a central drop for the necklace.
Wood and bone beads have been used for centuries to make jewellery. Both wood and bone can be carved easily, and also etched wth patterns or dyed in different colours. Wood and bone necklaces have an equal apeal to both men and women. (Men's necklaces can be seen in the Mens' Jewellery section)
