U.K. CUSTOMERS
To pay by Credit Card
If you live in the UK you can use the Shopping Basket to pay securely by credit card (through PayPal). As soon as you confirm your order, you will be taken to PayPal's own secure site where you can complete your purchase. Jewellery Hype does not see your card details at any time.
We always send parcels with a value of less than £45 by first class recorded mail, which will need to be signed for. Orders with a value of £45 and over are sent Special Delivery. If you want Special Delivery for items of lesser value, please email us so that we can adjust the postage charge for you.

You have the option to pay by cheque if you prefer to send payment through the post.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
If you live outside of the UK, please do not use the Shopping Basket
Please email us, listing the code numbers, price and a brief description of the items and we will arrange for a PayPal payment request to be sent to you with the correct amount of postage for shipping to your country.

Post and Packing fees:
Orders with a value over £45 are sent Special Delivery, which includes insurance up to £500 and next day delivery.
Next Day Delivery refers to the date we post the item to you, not from the date you order it.

RETURNS
Returned goods must be undamaged, and in the original packaging in saleable and unused condition, unless the item was faulty.
The buyer will be responsible for the costs of returning any unwanted ordered goods to our address as shown on the receipt.
