If you need to contact us with a query about custom-made jewellery, it is best to email in the first instance, as it is often not possible to give you an answer right away. We need to check supplies of our beads and possibly contact a bead supplier to order in especially what you need. But rest assured we will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you have a query about an order, please provide your name, address, and the code number and description of what you ordered.
If we have emailed you to say your jewellery has been dispatched, but you haven't received it after 14 days, let us know and we will chase up Royal Mail to find out what has happened.
